    Town lacks dedicated community centers or YMCA facilities, leaving a void for children seeking activities after school and on weekends.

  • Sauce and Spoon

    Led a $50K pilot project to implement tabletop tablet menus at two restaurant locations. Oversaw infrastructure upgrades, POS integration, staff training, and guest engagement. Delivered measurable improvements in service speed, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Led a Six Sigma project to cut detention fees by implementing an on-site unload/reload policy. Improved site coordination, reduced delays, and streamlined delivery operations.
