Who I am:
I’m Chance Loban, a logistics strategist and certified project manager with over a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience transforming complex operations into streamlined, results-driven systems.
My career started in the trenches managing high-stakes transportation networks and safely hauling over-dimensional freight up to 93,000 lbs to renewable energy sites like wind farms and solar farms. Those early years taught me the value of precision, discipline, and operational accountability in environments where there’s zero margin for error.
As I moved from steel-toed boots to the front office, I brought those same principles with me. Today, I design and lead projects that improve efficiency, strengthen safety culture, and drive sustainable growth. With certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master, Google Project Management, and OSHA 30 for General Industry, I’ve built the tools to turn hard-earned field experience into process-driven, strategic execution.
I don’t approach project management from a textbook. I lead with purpose, communicate with clarity, and hold teams to the highest standards. My work in logistics and renewable energy has shown me first-hand how disciplined leadership and systems thinking can reduce risks, deliver projects faster, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
If you’re looking for a leader who understands operations from the ground up and can deliver transformative results with discipline and focus, I’m ready to roll.
My Credo:
“We will be perfect in every aspect of the game. You drop a pass, you run a mile. You miss a blocking assignment, you run a mile. You fumble the football, and I will break my foot off in your John Brown hind parts and then you will run a mile. Perfection! Let's go to work.”
