This post-engagement retainer is designed for Large Trucking Companies (150–500 trucks) and Enterprise-level operations (500+ trucks) who want to maintain direct access to expert-level support after a project has been completed without the need to re-engage through a full consulting package.

At $999/month, the Executive Retainer keeps you connected to a trusted advisor, ready to step in when issues arise, leadership changes happen, or operations begin to slip off course.

What’s Included:

  • Priority on-call access from 6 AM – 8 PM Central Time, 365 days/year

  • Expert guidance on previously implemented systems, SOPs, or operational frameworks

  • Support with emerging problems tied to logistics, dispatch, or workflow design

  • Strategic check-ins by request or when new pain points emerge

  • Access to preferred client billing rates for larger initiatives

Additional Terms:

  • Calls outside of standard support hours may incur a $299 emergency fee, at the discretion of the consultant (waived on a case-by-case basis)

  • The retainer may be paused or canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice

  • Engagements that require in-depth new projects or site visits will be quoted separately
